You need an Android phone. Download the Spring Advance app here from the Google Play Store. Sign up with the phone number linked to your BVN, answer a few questions and confirm your identity to receive a loan offer. If you accept it, you will receive your loan instantly in your preferred bank account!
Spring Advance offers loans from N1,500 to N500,000 for a period of one to three months. The better your lending history and positive behaviour, the more you can access and the longer the period!
The interest rate varies based on your profile, from 10% to 30% per month.

  • You will only need to share your BVN during the loan application and connect your ATM card to authorize us to debit your account for the repayment.
  • Apologies on that, you can apply again in 15 days! It might be for different reasons:
    • Not enough information found on the phone: You should increase your phone usage (Calls/SMS) to be eligible.
    • We decided not to give you a credit at this time after analyzing your profile. Keep using your bank account with healthy revenues to get a loan soon.
  • You will need to visit your bank to update your BVN phone number.
  • Once this is done the new phone number can be verified in the Spring Advance app during the application process. This can only be done once per day.
  • You will receive an OTP to enter in the app.
  • Ask your bank to enable your card for online transactions. You should be able to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your phone.
  • It might be a problem of your bank account registered with a middle name or an entry issue.
  • Please try another bank account, it might solve the problem!
  • Click on the "Repay" button in the app to pay with a Debit (ATM) card, USSD or Automatic Bank Transfer (via your Providus wallet)
  • Click on 'Loan details' on the home screen
  • Click on 'Pay'
  • Select 'Full loan amount' to pay your loan in full or select 'Enter amount' to manually enter the amount you would like to pay
  • Click on 'Next'
  • Here you will see the following repayment options:
  • Bank Transfer
  • Here you will see your unique Providus Bank account number (990*******) and your account name (Spring Advance - [Your Name])
  • Click on 'Copy' and make a deposit into this account via your online banking platform or over the counter at any bank
  • USSD Transfer
  • Here you will see your bank's USSD code combined with the amount you would like to repay and the Providus Bank account number the funds will be transferred to
  • Copy this code and paste in your phone dialer to make payment
  • Debit (ATM) card
  • Select 'ATM card'
  • Here you will see the card(s) registered to your account
  • Select the desired card and click 'Pay'
  • Payment will be deducted from the account linked to the card
  • Please log in, you will find your customized dashboard that contains your credit status and/or all the details concerning your current balance.
  • The repayment date is defined during the application process. It's not possible to update it or extend the loan duration.
  • As soon as your previous loan repayment is confirmed, you can reapply immediately and get another loan in seconds!
  • Yes! You can find the amount including the discount if you repay today in the app!
  • We are humans and understand that unexpected and unforeseen situations may occur.
  • However, we do not reschedule payment dates, you should take a loan only if you have the capacity to repay it to avoid:
    • > Late fees (1.5% per day late)
      > Report to national credit bureaus – you will not be able to access loans from any company in the future
      > Suspension of your Spring Advance account
      > Automatic debit on your bank account.
  • Spring Advance is a verified Nigerian company with European data security standards. Spring Advance will never sell the information you shared to third parties.
  • We request for your BVN to verify your identity and make sure you didn’t default from other companies.
  • To know your BVN, dial *565*0# from the phone number linked to your bank account.
  • Send an email to help@Spring or call our Customer Service Hotline on 08062329108 from 8am-9pm every Mon-Sun to get the details of your loan and your repayment date. You can also sign in from another phone if possible.
